Eurodrip S.A. is founded in 1979 and is the first European
company to become involved with drip irrigation. Its innovative method of
incorporating drippers into the pipe results to water conservation and greater
crop yield.

In 1985, Eurodrip's industrial facilities transfer to a
privately owned site at Inofyta, Viotia, and production of the revolutionary
"GR" drip line begins, which is the product to establish the company's name in
the market.

In 1996, Eurodrip enters the US market via its commercial
subsidiary, Eurodrip USA Inc
.

Also in 1996, Eurodrip is certified in accordance to ISO
9002 for its entire range of operations.

In 1997, Eurodrip EGYPT S.A.E. is founded in Egypt, with
its own production facility to provide direct coverage to the Middle Eastern
and African markets.

End of 1998, Eurodrip U.S.A. Inc becomes a fully
operational manufacturing unit, producing the complete range of Eurodrip
products in order to cater the North and South American markets.

In the year 2000, Eurodrip S.A. goes public in the Athens
Stock Exchange and raises significant funds to expand its current facilities
and renew its production equipment to the latest technological standards.

In March 2001, after devoting a considerable amount of
time in research and development, Eurodrip introduced its new evolutionary
self-regulating dripline PC2.

In 2001, 10,22% of the shares in Eurodrip S.A. were
transferred to the Swiss company ASI Global S.A., one of the largest
investment firms in the world, specialized in business activities in the
agriculture sector worldwide. Result of this collaboration is the creation of
the Terraproject division, dedicated to supporting all stages of agricultural
production.

Also in 2001, Eurodrip S.A. acquires Hydrocontrols S.A., a
commercial company located in Metamorphosi Attica, which offers state of the
art water management equipment and services.

In 2002, Eurodrip S.A. acquires National Drip Irrigation
Company located in Amman, Jordan, to cater to the growing Middle Eastern
Markets.

Also in 2002, Eurodrip USA Inc. expands its operation to
Mexico by establishing a fully owned subsidiary by the name of Drip Irrigation
de Mexico, which caters exclusively to the Mexican market.

In February 2003, Eurodrip is certified with the latest
and strictest ISO 9001:2000 standard.

In September 2005, Aquanova International Holdings BV, a
Global Finance fund, acquires 49,3% of Eurodrip Group and takes over the management. Global Finance is an
independent investment firm, founded in 1991. It pioneered private equity in
South-Eastern Europe and has established an exceptional investment track
record.

In February 2006 share capitals increase of 19,7 million
Euros takes place .

Since 2006 an ambitious investment capex of over 6 million
Euros is under implementation.
